Salesforce Business Analyst 

About the Role

 We’re looking for an early-career Salesforce Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has foundational experience with the Salesforce platform—through a previous role, internship, or certification—and is ready to take the next step in their consulting career.
You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to help define business needs, support solution design, and contribute to Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing client business requirements
  • Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and documentation
  • Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project managers to support solution delivery
  • Participate in testing, training, and go-live activities
  • Attend client meetings and working sessions to understand business challenges and priorities
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and project documentation
  • Continuously grow your Salesforce platform knowledge
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience working with Salesforce (as a business analyst, admin, intern, or junior consultant)
  • Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Experience working with clients or cross-functional teams a plus
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred (or in progress)
