Anaplan Business Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Anaplan Business Analyst to join our expanding team. This position is well-suited for candidates with limited or no prior Anaplan experience who possess a strong willingness to learn and develop their skills within a supportive consulting environment.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to assist in gathering business requirements and supporting Anaplan implementations within the financial planning and supply chain planning space.
**This job position requires the ability to commute into the Boston office as needed for learning and mentorship.**
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing client business requirements for Anaplan planning models
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
- Work alongside Anaplan model builders, developers, and project managers to support solution delivery
- Participate in solution testing, training sessions, and go-live activities
- Attend client meetings and workshops to understand business challenges and priorities
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and project documentation efforts
- Continuously build and deepen your Anaplan platform knowledge and skills
What We’re Looking For
- Little to no prior Anaplan experience required; a demonstrated eagerness and capacity to learn quickly is essential
- Exposure to financial planning, supply chain planning, or related fields through internships, academic projects, or entry-level roles strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Experience collaborating with clients or cross-functional teams is advantageous
- Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning in a consulting environment
